Each home portrait is hand-painted by me. I hope to capture the unique character of your home, creating something one-of-a-kind that you'll love.
Paintings are created using archival watercolor on thick, 100% cotton watercolor paper.

Upon receiving your order, I will contact you with a confirmation and ask any questions I might have.
Once your painting is complete I will send you an image to review
At this point, small changes can be made. Keep in mind that watercolor is a transparent medium, so areas cannot be re-painted or painted over.
Once you've approved the artwork I will ship the painting.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom home portrait. I take pride in the quality and attention to detail in every painting. If there is a specific date you'll need your portrait by please let me know in your order or contact me directly.
As each portrait is hand-painted, there may be slight variations in color and style, making your artwork truly unique.
