No-Return Policy for Downloadable Art Downloadable art items, such as digital prints or digital downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once you've downloaded the digital file, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If you encounter any issues with your downloadable art, please contact me, and I'll help you resolve any problems.
Fine Art Prints - 14 Day Return Policy I understand that sometimes, art may not resonate as expected. That's why I offer a 14-day return policy for fine art prints. If you're not completely satisfied with your fine art print, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and still in its original packaging.
Return Process for Fine Art Prints
- Contact me, Melissa, at melissa@melissarothman.com, within 14 days of receiving your fine art print to start the return process.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- I'll respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents it came with.
- Ship the item to the address I provide.
Refund or Exchange Once I receive your returned fine art print, I will promptly inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, I'll process the refund to your original payment method, or if you prefer an exchange, I'll ship the replacement to you. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order. I'm here to work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may involve providing a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
