- Please allow 2-4 weeks for the creation of your artwork from the date of order confirmation
- Once the artwork is complete you will receive a preview via email to review
- Artwork will be shipped once you've approved the preview
- Domestic shipping is free for custom artwork and varies for international orders. Shipping fees are shown at checkout
- Prints will be shipped within three business days

Digital Artwork Licensing
- Upon purchase, customers can download their file immediately and receive a link to download their purchase in their email
- There is no domestic or international shipping fee for digital artwork licensing

- In the rare event that your art prints arrive damaged or are lost during transit, please reach out to me immediately. I'm committed to resolving the issue promptly, whether by sending a replacement or processing a refund as appropriate.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Your satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your art prints, please contact me within 7 days of receiving them. I will provide guidance on the next steps, which may include returns or exchanges, especially if the prints are damaged or defective.
- Custom artwork is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
